These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sash HRMS platform and related websites and mobile applications (the "Service"), operated by Sash ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Sash HRMS is a human-resources management platform for businesses, covering employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, end-of-service benefits, documents, recruitment and employee self-service. Features may change over time.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must be authorised to act for the organisation you register. You are responsible for your users (admins, HR, employees) and their use of the Service.
We may offer a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. When a trial or subscription ends, the account becomes read-only during a grace period and may be suspended; data may be deleted after an extended period of non-payment (see our Privacy Policy for retention). Fees, seats and billing terms are as agreed in your order or invoice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to breach security or access other tenants' data; uploading unlawful or infringing content; reverse-engineering the software; or using it to violate applicable laws, including UAE labour and data-protection laws.
You retain ownership of the data you and your users put into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and provide the Service. We process employee personal data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide that data to us.
We work to keep the Service available and secure but provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Compliance features (e.g. EOSB, WPS, leave rules) are tools to assist you; you remain responsible for verifying figures against current MOHRE and legal requirements before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period; you should export anything you need beforehand.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
